With an IT career spanning more than twenty years, the last ten years as an IT Director in local government, Ms. Laughton came to Davenport Group with a strong background in project management and strategic planning in both the public and private sectors.

Her time spent in local government and corporate America gives Ms. Laughton a unique perspective on the needs of Davenport Groups clients. She has managed enterprise GIS, represented local government on the North Carolina Geographic Information Coordinating Council (NCGICC) and chaired the Local Government Committee of the NCGICC. Having implemented Compellent SAN technology in her local government position with the help of Davenport Group, Ms. Laughton has an understanding from the end user point of view. You could say she’s not just a member of Davenport Group but a satisfied client, too.

Kelly would love a motorcycle but she’s yet to find a sidecar big enough to hold three Labs and a Springer Spaniel. If you should come across one, please let her know.
